Layout
On the ground floor there is a sitting room with open fire, a dining room which accommodates up to eight people, a fully fitted kitchen with AGA, a shower room/toilet, a utility room and a porch. The first floor consists of a family bathroom and 4 bedrooms as follows: 1 King size, 2 Doubles, 1 Twin.

Heating, Fuel, Linen etc
The house has double glazing and oil central heating. All electric, coal and logs are included in the hire charges. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Your Stay
We offer 3, 4 & 7 night breaks or longer and discounted prices for groups of 6 or less. Please note the farmhouse is non-smoking accommodation.

External Area and Parking
The farmhouse has its own driveway and is away from roads and traffic. There is a large garden and parking for up to 4 cars.

Internet
A broadband internet connection is available for guest use.

Things To Do
You are welcome to walk around the beautiful countryside surrounding the farm or for the more adventurous fell walking is also an option. There are excellent off road tracks for mountain bikes. We have a Livery Yard nearby for you to visit and Fishing on the River South Tyne. The nearest town of Alston is 2 miles away. Visit the Lake District, Penrith, Kielder Water, The Metro Centre, Hexham, Carlisle and Hadrians Wall.
