Self Catering Terms & Booking Conditions
Period of Hire and Rental FeeRentals commence at 3pm of day of arrival and terminate at 10am on departure day. The property sleeps 8 and this number should not be exceeded, unless the owner has granted authority. Any additional guests joining the original party for part of the agreed stay will pay £30 per person per night. Prices include VAT, Rental, Electric, Heating costs, use of bed linen and towels. A welcome pack of food and toiletries. Children aged 8 years or under stay free.
Care of the Property, Breakages or Damage
The client and all members of your holiday party shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property. The property must be kept clean and tidy and is to be left in the same condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. The client is responsible to the owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property, which are caused by you or any members of your party. The owner can require payment from you to cover such costs. Please report any breakages or damages to the owner so that we can maintain our high standards.
Pets
No pets are permitted in the house, although an outbuilding is available if required. Dogs should be exercised on a lead.
Owners Right of Entry and Liability
The owner shall be allowed the right of entry at all reasonable times for inspection purposes, repairs and maintenance. The owner shall have no liability for any death or personal injury unless this results from the owners negligence. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property.

Please respect the area you visit and remember: Don't litter, don't waste energy, guard against fires, respect the rights of land and property owners, protect wildlife and livestock, follow the country code. High Aimshaugh Holiday Farmhouse is non smoking accommodation although there is a porch off the kitchen where smoking is allowed.
